RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is short
You have 14 days to return an order once you have received it.
If you change your mind or if the item you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the product.
Payment for international transfers belong to the buyer.
Unless the arrangements are made by us, we will cover the return costs.
Exceptions may apply for some custom made, hygienic and other products.

Instructions for the property
If you want to make a comeback, send a message via street talk, preferably a return form, that includes your e-mail or name, address, e-mail address, your order number, and the properties of the items that interest you.
Return the product within 14 days of the date of notification.
You are responsible for the damage that the goods are exposed to during the return shipment. For this reason, we strongly recommend that the products are well packaged, in good condition, and sent in their original box and / or packaging.
If possible, please provide a tracking number for the return shipment.
If a returned item is sent internationally, mark it as "RETURNED BALLETS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be processed by the payment method you use to make your original purchase.
We reserve the right to offset any loss of value when returning the product if the product or packaging is used or damaged.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size/colour of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

Please send us an email if you would like to return your item(s). We will provide you with the appropriate instructions and return form.

Thoroughly inspect items as soon as they are received; as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for resale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.

Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package; you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

STREETMODE™ can not accept returns on items purchased during a giveaway clearance or sale Items purchased during the sales can only be exchanged for another product or voucher.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund will be credited back to your account within 1-3 business days after the item is checked out.
